Introduction to the Production Base of Construction Machinery & Truck Parts
Our supporting production base has been deeply engaged in the manufacturing of construction machinery and truck parts for many years. As a modern intelligent manufacturing base integrating R&D, production, processing and quality control, we mainly supply core parts for construction machinery and a full range of truck parts including transmission, brake and wear-resistant components. Our products are exported to more than 100 countries and regions in Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America and other places, providing high-quality supporting services for many world-renowned construction machinery and truck brands.
Located in the core production area of domestic equipment manufacturing, the base covers a total area of over 10,000 square meters, with six functional workshops including precision processing, hydraulic parts, brake system, assembly and testing, as well as warehousing and logistics centers. It realizes the integrated operation of the whole process from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery. The base is equipped with more than 100 sets of advanced production and testing equipment such as CNC lathes, spectral analyzers and hydraulic performance test benches. The core production lines operate in a numerical and automated manner, capable of accurately producing parts adapted to various equipment such as excavators, loaders, heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles, with an annual production capacity fully meeting the demand of global orders.
The base has a senior technical team with an average industry experience of more than 10 years, proficient in core processes such as precision forging, CNC processing and hydraulic assembly, and strictly abides by international manufacturing standards and original factory technical specifications. We have also built a professional R&D and innovation system, which can provide customized R&D and production solutions for parts according to customers' personalized needs and the technical standards of target markets.
With the ISO 9001 International Quality Management System as the core, the base has constructed a full-process quality control system: raw materials are selected from high-quality suppliers and undergo multiple incoming inspections; process patrol inspection, first piece full inspection and batch sampling inspection are implemented in the production process; and a full set of quality inspections are completed for finished products before delivery. Meanwhile, a "one product, one code" traceability system is established to ensure product quality from the source and guarantee zero defects and high reliability of ex-factory products.
Relying on the complete supply chain and logistics system of the production area, the base realizes refined warehousing and rapid allocation of raw materials and finished products, and can flexibly meet the supply demand of small batch with multiple lots and large batch with standardization. We have a professional foreign trade service team, familiar with the market access standards and customs clearance procedures of various regions around the world, providing one-stop foreign trade services such as product certification, document preparation, customs declaration and inspection, and international logistics to ensure that products are delivered to global customers efficiently and safely.
