Recently, HES CO.,LTD has successfully completed the LCL (Less than Container Load) export shipment of Construction Machinery Parts & Heavy-Duty Truck Parts to the Philippines. As requested by the customer, the goods were properly consolidated, co-loaded, declared and shipped with other parties, demonstrating our high-level professionalism in LCL consolidation, quality control, customs compliance and supply chain integration.

The shipment covers key products including engine parts, transmission systems, brake assemblies, chassis components, hydraulic parts, bucket teeth, filters, oil seals, bearings, clutches and body parts, fully compatible with mainstream construction and heavy-duty truck models in the Philippines. All items passed warehouse inspection, dimension check and performance verification to ensure high precision, durability and assembly consistency under heavy-duty working conditions.

In strict accordance with Philippines customs requirements and standard LCL procedures, our team completed cargo receiving, sorting, moisture-proof & reinforced packaging, clear shipping marks, palletization and consolidation with partner goods. We also accurately prepared full set of compliant documents: HS code classification, export declaration, Certificate of Origin (CO), commercial invoice, packing list and B/L confirmation, ensuring full document consistency and smooth customs clearance.

Considering the multiple transfers and handling risks of LCL transportation, we applied extra-strength export packaging, anti-collision protection and secure fixing to minimize damage risks. The whole process from warehouse receiving, consolidation, declaration to container loading was tracked in real time, ensuring orderly co-loading, on-time departure and safe transit.
